Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid RBT certification in good standing
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school environment
- Solid understanding of ABA principles and data collection methods
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and high level of professionalism
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and establish trust with students and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs in classroom or one-on-one settings
- Accurately collect and record data on student behaviors and intervention outcomes
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure continuity and success
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development as required
