Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid RBT certification in good standing
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school environment
• Solid understanding of ABA principles and data collection methods
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and high level of professionalism
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and establish trust with students and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs in classroom or one-on-one settings
• Accurately collect and record data on student behaviors and intervention outcomes
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure continuity and success
• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development as required
