Preferred Qualifications:
- Active and valid RBT certification
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, ideally in educational or pediatric behavioral settings
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection methods
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments
- Reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining ethical standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Engage directly with students, delivering targeted ABA strategies to enhance social, academic, and functional skills
- Monitor and record student progress, documenting sessions in accordance with school guidelines and professional standards
- Collaborate with school staff and families to provide cohesive, coordinated care
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training or professional development activities
- Uphold confidentiality and best practices in every interaction
