Preferred Qualifications:

• Active and valid RBT certification
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, ideally in educational or pediatric behavioral settings
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection methods
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments
• Reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining ethical standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Engage directly with students, delivering targeted ABA strategies to enhance social, academic, and functional skills
• Monitor and record student progress, documenting sessions in accordance with school guidelines and professional standards
• Collaborate with school staff and families to provide cohesive, coordinated care
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training or professional development activities
• Uphold confidentiality and best practices in every interaction
