What youll bring to the role:

• Active and current RBT certification
• Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings is highly valued
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and data collection
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, educators, and caregivers
• Adaptability, patience, and a passion for helping children succeed
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Monitoring and recording student behavior data to assess progress toward goals
• Supporting students with daily routines and transitions within classrooms
• Communicating observations and updates with staff and families regularly
• Following ethical guidelines and best practices for delivering behavioral interventions
• Collaborating on the creation of a safe, supportive, and positive learning atmosphere
