What youll bring to the role:
- Active and current RBT certification
- Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and data collection
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, educators, and caregivers
- Adaptability, patience, and a passion for helping children succeed
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Monitoring and recording student behavior data to assess progress toward goals
- Supporting students with daily routines and transitions within classrooms
- Communicating observations and updates with staff and families regularly
- Following ethical guidelines and best practices for delivering behavioral interventions
- Collaborating on the creation of a safe, supportive, and positive learning atmosphere
