Looking for an opportunity to use your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician in a rewarding educational environment? This full-time, onsite contract position offers the chance to support students in a school setting near Olympia, WA, with roles available now through June 10, 2027. Your day will be spent making a positive difference in the lives of students, either working one-on-one or within specialized support programs. Flexible scheduling is available: select from a 35 or 40-hour workweek, with the possibility of riding the bus to assist a student during transit.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
- Experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Must complete fingerprinting through OSPI
- Valid Washington state licensure and credentials mandatory
- Comfortable adapting to various assignments and working with a range of student needs
- Collaborative, compassionate, and dependable
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions that promote student growth
- Support students either individually or within specialized programs, as assigned
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress and behavioral data
- Collaborate closely with teachers, behavior analysts, and school staff
- For some schedules, provide safe, supportive supervision for students during bus rides
