Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Assist students one-on-one or in small group settings to encourage positive behaviors and skill development
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions, progress, and daily notes
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training to maintain best practices in ABA
• Support a safe, positive, and respectful learning environment
