Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active RBT certification required
- Previous experience working with children or students, preferably in educational or pediatric settings
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to collect and record data with attention to detail
- Reliable, adaptable, and organized
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Assist students one-on-one or in small group settings to encourage positive behaviors and skill development
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions, progress, and daily notes
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training to maintain best practices in ABA
- Support a safe, positive, and respectful learning environment
