Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a current RBT credential
- Experience supporting children with autism spectrum disorder or behavioral challenges in school or clinical settings
- Demonstrated knowledge of ABA principles and data collection
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and support staff
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing student needs
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Document student behavior and progress towards IEP or intervention goals with accuracy and timeliness
- Adapt to various classroom environments and routines across elementary or secondary grade levels
- Provide feedback and support to classroom staff, contributing to a positive and inclusive educational setting
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
