Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification with good standing
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational or clinical setting
• Understanding of ABA principles and ability to implement behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising BCBA
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with educators, students, and families
• Professionalism, patience, and a passion for helping students develop new skills
• Reliable, organized, and dedicated to supporting diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, delivering ABA-based interventions to promote positive social, academic, and behavioral outcomes
• Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress and targeted behaviors
• Support the implementation of individualized education and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Assist with classroom activities and transitions, reinforcing appropriate academic and social behaviors
• Provide feedback and collaborate with school staff, related service providers, and families
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards as outlined by the BACB
