Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification with good standing
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational or clinical setting
- Understanding of ABA principles and ability to implement behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising BCBA
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with educators, students, and families
- Professionalism, patience, and a passion for helping students develop new skills
- Reliable, organized, and dedicated to supporting diverse learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, delivering ABA-based interventions to promote positive social, academic, and behavioral outcomes
- Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress and targeted behaviors
- Support the implementation of individualized education and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Assist with classroom activities and transitions, reinforcing appropriate academic and social behaviors
- Provide feedback and collaborate with school staff, related service providers, and families
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards as outlined by the BACB
