Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Previous experience working with children or in school settings strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles

  • Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
  • Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ABA-based support and interventions to students under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Work one-on-one or in small groups, implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Accurately collect data on student progress and behaviors for ongoing program evaluation
  • Foster a supportive and structured classroom environment
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and related service providers to ensure a cohesive approach
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights focused on student growth and success
  • Adhere to school policies, safety protocols, and all applicable privacy regulations
