Desired Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential in good standing
- Prior experience delivering ABA therapyschool or pediatric setting is preferred
- Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles
- Effective communication skills for working with students, families, and colleagues
- Proven ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collect data accurately
- Adaptability and a proactive, solution-focused attitude
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one or small group ABA therapy to students under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and fidelity
- Track behavioral data, documenting observations and progress daily
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
- Participate in team meetings, contributing insights on student progress and strategies
- Help foster a positive, supportive classroom culture
- Remain current on best practices and trainings relevant to behavioral interventions in schools
