What were seeking:

  • Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
  • Experience working across multiple grade levels (1st12th)
  • Skillful in implementing individualized behavioral plans and data tracking
  • Ability to adapt strategies for students unique needs and grade levels
  • Strong communication skills with students, teachers, and families
  • Positive, patient, and collaborative mindset

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Providing 1:1 behavioral support to students in classroom and school settings
  • Collaborating with teachers, specialists, and support staff to develop effective interventions
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and behavior data
  • Monitoring progress and adjusting approaches as needed
  • Encouraging positive social, emotional, and academic behaviors
  • Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities
