Job Description

Support students developmental and behavioral needs as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a dynamic school setting serving a diverse range of grade levels from 1st through 12th grade. This role offers the rewarding opportunity to provide one-on-one assistance tailored to individual student goals, helping them build essential skills and improve educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide direct one-on-one support to students across various grade levels, including elementary, middle, and high school.
• Collect and record data on student behavior and progress to assist with ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to promote consistency in behavioral approaches.
• Support social, emotional, and academic development aligned with individualized education plans (IEPs).

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with students in grades 1 through 12.
• Ability to effectively follow treatment protocols and use behavior data collection systems.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Patience, empathy, and dedication to supporting students with diverse needs.
• Prior experience in educational environments preferred.
