Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Prior experience supporting children or young adults with developmental or behavioral needs, especially in a school environment
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, therapists, and families
  • Reliability, adaptability, and a commitment to consistent, compassionate care
  • Ability to work full-time from July 6, 2026, to June 15, 2027

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct, individualized behavioral support to students within the Transition Program
  • Collect and record data on student performance and progress using established protocols
  • Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members and classroom staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Foster a positive environment that encourages student independence and social-emotional growth
