This full-time contract opportunity is perfect for professionals passionate about supporting students in a Transition Program, providing essential behavioral support and skill-building throughout the entire school year and extended school year. Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Prior experience supporting children or young adults with developmental or behavioral needs, especially in a school environment
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, therapists, and families
- Reliability, adaptability, and a commitment to consistent, compassionate care
- Ability to work full-time from July 6, 2026, to June 15, 2027
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, individualized behavioral support to students within the Transition Program
- Collect and record data on student performance and progress using established protocols
- Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members and classroom staff to ensure continuity of care
- Foster a positive environment that encourages student independence and social-emotional growth
