Make a meaningful impact by providing dedicated support to students as a full-time Registered Behavior Technician. This contract position offers the chance to deliver crucial 1:1 services in both resource and self-contained educational settings, making a difference each day. This is an in-person W2 contract position, conveniently located in the North Charleston, SC area.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents in school settings
• Ability to deliver individualized behavioral interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Reliable, professional, and patient approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students as assigned
• Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual needs
• Track student progress and maintain detailed session notes
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals
• Assist in both resource rooms and self-contained classrooms as needed
• Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere for students to thrive
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements
