Requirements:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working with school-aged children (elementary, middle, and/or high school preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practical implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
  • Ability to adapt to various student needs, demonstrating patience and creativity
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group behavior support for students in grades K12
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans in line with students goals
  • Collect data and maintain accurate documentation on student progress and behavioral outcomes
  • Foster inclusive, positive classroom environments, reinforcing constructive behaviors
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialized staff, and families to ensure holistic support
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
