Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with students in grades K-12 (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in school environments
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and families
• Patience, adaptability, and the ability to motivate learners at various developmental stages

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group ABA therapy to students with behavioral and learning challenges
• Collect and maintain detailed data on student progress
• Collaborate with special education teachers, school psychologists, and other support staff
• Assist in developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans tailored to individual needs
