Desired Skills & Experience:
- Active RBT certification in good standing
- Experience working with school-aged children or adolescents, preferably within educational settings
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
- Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
- Track record of maintaining detailed and accurate session and progress documentation
- Adaptable, patient, and committed to creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and small group behavior therapy in a classroom or school-based setting
- Collect and record data on student behaviors and intervention outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support individualized learning and behavioral goals
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
- Adjust techniques and strategies in response to student progress and feedback
