Job Description

What Youll Bring:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working with middle school students is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans with accuracy and professionalism
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with educators, administrators, and families
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills within an educational setting

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for middle school students
  • Collect and record data accurately on student progress
  • Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral support as needed
  • Participate in meetings and training as required by the school
  • Communicate observations and student needs clearly to the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and school staff
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere
