Required Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Proven experience working as an RBT in a school-based setting
- Strong background in pediatric and elementary school environments
- Ability to commit to full-time, onsite hours throughout the assignment
- Dependable transportation for daily commuting
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 and small-group behavioral support for elementary-aged students
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans under the supervision of certified professionals
- Collect detailed data on student progress and behavioral outcomes
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Participate in professional development and training days as part of the assignment schedule
Key Assignment Details:
- Ongoing position starting ASAP, finishing out the current school year and extending through the summer program
- Summer hours: Professional development days (8:00 AM 3:30 PM), Summer session (8:30 AM 2:00 PM, MondayThursday)
