Qualifications and Desired Experience
- Current RBT certification required
- Experience in a school or educational setting preferred
- Strong understanding of behavioral intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with middle school-aged students
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents
Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data to monitor student progress and inform ongoing treatment strategies
- Foster a safe, positive, and supportive environment for middle school students
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support and communication
- Provide direct one-on-one or small group behavioral support throughout the school day
- Communicate student progress and concerns to relevant team members in a timely and professional manner
