Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience working with children or adolescents, especially in educational or behavioral settings
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and treatment plans
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with multidisciplinary teams
- Professional, compassionate, and adaptable approach to meeting student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one or small group behavior intervention services to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement individualized treatment plans and data collection procedures accurately and consistently
- Monitor students progress, track behavioral data, and report updates to supervisors
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support each students educational and behavioral growth
- Encourage positive behavior choices, reinforce skill development, and help students achieve their individual goals
- Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development as required by the school or district
