Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in school or educational settings
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and implementation
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to collect and analyze behavioral data
  • Flexibility, professionalism, and adaptability in diverse and fast-paced settings
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct ABA therapy to students in classroom or one-on-one environments
  • Collect accurate and detailed data on student behavior and progress
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families to support each student's unique needs
  • Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies to promote desirable behaviors and skill acquisition
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
