As an integral part of the educational team, you'll play a key role in delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions to help students reach their fullest potential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Ability to implement ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) plans with accuracy and care
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Reliable, organized, and committed to ethical standards and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group ABA interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress and behaviors
• Assist with the development and adjustment of behavioral plans to address individual student needs
• Foster positive classroom environments and relationships to support student achievement of behavioral and academic goals
• Provide feedback and insights to BCBA and educational staff regarding student performance and progress
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities provided
