Job Description
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician, working directly with students in a supportive school environment near Mustang, OK. As an integral part of the educational team, you'll play a key role in delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions to help students reach their fullest potential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
- Ability to implement ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) plans with accuracy and care
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Reliable, organized, and committed to ethical standards and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one or small group ABA interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress and behaviors
- Assist with the development and adjustment of behavioral plans to address individual student needs
- Foster positive classroom environments and relationships to support student achievement of behavioral and academic goals
- Provide feedback and insights to BCBA and educational staff regarding student performance and progress
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities provided
