Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
  • Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families
  • Ability to collect data and implement behavior intervention plans effectively
  • High levels of patience, empathy, and adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavior-analytic services to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Support classroom teachers with behavior management strategies and individualized interventions
  • Accurately collect, record, and summarize behavioral data to track student progress
  • Assist in developing social and functional skills through targeted activities
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on student progress, challenges, and strategies
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical standards and school policies
