Job Description

A contract position is available for a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students within a school setting in Mount Vernon, WA. This role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in behavior analysis to help enhance students learning experiences and promote positive behavioral development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data on student progress to aid in treatment planning
  • Assist students in developing social and behavioral skills in accordance with their goals
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and families to ensure consistency and success
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification in good standing
  • Experience working with school-age children receiving behavioral services
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection methods
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
