Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
- Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families
- Ability to collect data and implement behavior intervention plans effectively
- High levels of patience, empathy, and adaptability
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavior-analytic services to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Support classroom teachers with behavior management strategies and individualized interventions
- Accurately collect, record, and summarize behavioral data to track student progress
- Assist in developing social and functional skills through targeted activities
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on student progress, challenges, and strategies
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical standards and school policies
