Sunbelt Staffing is working with Millbrae School District in Millbrae, CA to hire a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the remainder of the school year. This is an excellent opportunity to provide individualized support to a young student while working alongside a collaborative school team.
Job Details:
Full-time
37.5 hours per week
Monday-Friday
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 4th
1 school assignment
1:1 student support
First-grade male student
Provide behavioral, academic, and classroom support throughout the school day
Support a student with moderate to severe behavioral needs, including elopement behaviors
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to help the student achieve educational and behavioral goals

Job Requirements:
Active RBT Certification required
Previous experience working with students with moderate behavioral support needs
Experience supporting students with challenging behaviors preferred
Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
