Qualifications/Experience:
- Active RBT certification required
- Experience working with children or students, particularly those with behavioral needs
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBA or supervising clinician
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct one-on-one or group behavioral support to students under supervision
- Implement individualized behavioral interventions consistently and according to plan
- Collect, organize, and update data on student progress as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and supervisors to monitor and adjust behavior plans
- Maintain professional and positive interactions with students, colleagues, and families
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as assigned
