Job Description

School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school setting. This role focuses on providing 1:1 behavioral support, implementing behavior plans, and helping students succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to students with behavioral needs
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Collect data and track student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff

Requirements:

  • Active RBT certification (required)
  • Experience working with children
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $24.00 to $40.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
