• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working in schools or educational settings preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Positive, patient, and adaptive approach to student needs
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to consistently implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Reliable attendance for full-time hours

In this role, you will:

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support and instructional assistance throughout the school day
• Implement ABA strategies tailored to the students unique needs and goals
• Collect data on student progress and behaviors to support ongoing intervention planning
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and special education teams to ensure consistency
• Maintain a supportive environment that fosters learning and positive behavior
• Communicate progress and concerns effectively with both school personnel and family members
