Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Proven experience working in school or pediatric environments preferred
  • Ability to gather, organize, and maintain behavioral data efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach within dynamic classroom settings

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavioral interventions under supervision, following individualized student plans
  • Consistently collect accurate data on student behaviors and progress
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Assist in developing, modifying, and reinforcing behavioral strategies
  • Maintain organized records and support the evaluation of intervention effectiveness
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere for all students

Additional Details:

  • Full-time hours: 37.5 weekly, onsite only
  • Contract term runs from as soon as possible through May 2027
