Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification required
• Previous experience working with children, especially in a school or pediatric setting
• Solid understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt approaches to meet individual student needs
• Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented
• Background clearance as required by the school district

Core Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and report behavioral data accurately and timely
• Work directly with students to provide positive, consistent behavioral support
• Assist teachers and staff with strategies for managing classroom behaviors
• Participate in relevant team meetings and contribute progress updates
• Maintain open, professional communication with teachers, staff, and families
• Support the overall emotional and behavioral well-being of students
