Key Qualifications:
- Active RBT Certification is required
- Experience working with children or students with behavioral needs is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators and families
- Dependable, organized, and able to work full-time hours on-site
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
- Collect and accurately document data related to student progress and behavior
- Use effective strategies to manage challenging behaviors and reinforce positive actions
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistency and continuity in student care
