Qualifications & Experience:
Current RBT licensure required
Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
Knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles
Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and family collaboration
Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Patient, empathetic, and committed to student growth
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 or small group behavioral interventions under the supervision of a BCBA
Track student progress and gather relevant behavioral data
Support classroom teachers in maintaining effective learning environments
Assist with developing socially appropriate behaviors and life skills
Communicate consistently with the educational team and families
Model a positive, proactive approach to behavior management
