Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
- Previous experience serving in school or pediatric behavioral settings highly preferred
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to support students, staff, and families
- Ability to maintain detailed notes and documentation according to guidelines
- Compassion, patience, and a drive to make a meaningful impact on students lives
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and/or small group behavior intervention services to students
- Implement ABA therapy plans developed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
- Monitor, record, and report student progress and behavioral data
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to foster a supportive learning environment
- Adapt intervention techniques to each students individual needs and Individualized Education Program (IEP)
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development activities as required
