Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
  • Previous experience serving in school or pediatric behavioral settings highly preferred
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to support students, staff, and families
  • Ability to maintain detailed notes and documentation according to guidelines
  • Compassion, patience, and a drive to make a meaningful impact on students lives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and/or small group behavior intervention services to students
  • Implement ABA therapy plans developed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
  • Monitor, record, and report student progress and behavioral data
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to foster a supportive learning environment
  • Adapt intervention techniques to each students individual needs and Individualized Education Program (IEP)
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development activities as required
