Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or clinical setting
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans effectively and consistently
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families
• Reliability, patience, and enthusiasm for supporting student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group ABA therapy and behavioral interventions to students
• Collect data on student behavior, track progress, and provide feedback to the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to incorporate behavioral strategies into the classroom
• Support implementation and generalization of new skills across school settings
• Help create a positive, nurturing, and structured learning environment
• Follow all ethical and professional standards for RBTs in a school setting
