Help create positive and productive days for children by providing essential behavioral support, working closely with experienced educators and therapists.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or clinical setting
- Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans effectively and consistently
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families
- Reliability, patience, and enthusiasm for supporting student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one or small group ABA therapy and behavioral interventions to students
- Collect data on student behavior, track progress, and provide feedback to the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to incorporate behavioral strategies into the classroom
- Support implementation and generalization of new skills across school settings
- Help create a positive, nurturing, and structured learning environment
- Follow all ethical and professional standards for RBTs in a school setting
