Make a difference supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a school-based contract position near Manhattan, KS. Youll work closely with students, educators, and behavior analysts to implement behavioral interventions that foster growth and success in the classroom.

Applicants must possess current RBT certification and experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational or behavioral health settings. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about helping students succeed and who thrive in educational environments.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Prior experience with children or in academic settings strongly preferred.
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic classroom situations.
• Comfortable receiving supervision and feedback from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect data accurately on student responses and progress.
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors.
• Support classroom management and classroom routines.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training as requested by the school.
