A contract opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a school setting located in Macomb, MI. This role provides essential behavioral support to students, helping to implement individualized treatment plans designed to promote positive behavior and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and record data on student behavior and progress.
- Support students with developmental disabilities, focusing on improving social, communication, and functional skills.
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to create consistent and effective behavior strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
