Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current and valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
  • Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Strong communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to maintain appropriate data collection and thorough documentation
  • Compassion, patience, and adaptability in a dynamic school environment

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ABA therapy and implement behavior support strategies for students
  • Collaborate closely with BCBA supervisors and special education teams
  • Support teachers and staff in managing classroom behavior to foster an inclusive learning environment
  • Collect and record data on student behavior and interventions to track progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers and educational staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
