Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid RBT licensure in good standing
• Previous experience working with children in educational or behavioral settings preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and adaptability working with young learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral interventions to support students social, emotional, and academic development
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect data on student behaviors and progress to inform instructional strategies and interventions
• Model positive behaviors and reinforce targeted skills during classroom activities
• Collaborate in team meetings to share observations and recommendations for student success
• Promote a safe and nurturing environment where every child can thrive
