In this contract opportunity, youll work closely with one student, making a profound difference every day. Located near Ludowici, GA, this in-person, onsite position runs through the 26/27 school year and offers consistent, weekday hours totaling 35 per week.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active Georgia Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Para GAPSC certification required
• Experience or strong interest in working 1:1 with high school students
• Deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Reliability, patience, and adaptability in an educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, individualized ABA therapy to a high school student
• Support academic and behavioral goals as outlined in individualized plans
• Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and school-based teams
• Collect and maintain data on student progress and behaviors
• Utilize effective de-escalation and reinforcement strategies
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Participate in ongoing training and feedback sessions as requested
