Desired Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification (Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
- Experience implementing one-on-one or small group ABA techniques with children or adolescents
- Strong communication skills for ongoing collaboration with teachers, therapists, and families
- Ability to collect, monitor, and report data accurately
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings is highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct ABA therapy sessions to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Support the implementation of behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Document progress, collect data, and maintain detailed session notes
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators and families on student progress
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages social, emotional, and academic growth
- Adapt support strategies according to evolving needs and program guidelines
