Position Details:
- Full-time, contract position: 32.5 hours weekly
- Daily schedule falls between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM (dependent on school site)
- Immediate start; 8-12 week contract duration
- Only one openingbring your expertise and make a direct impact
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is mandatory
- Prior experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive, supportive learning climate for all students
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data
- Work directly with students to model and reinforce positive behavior strategies
- Support teachers and other school staff in upholding individualized education program goals
- Maintain detailed, confidential records as required under school policies and regulations
- Contribute to the inclusive and nurturing ethos of the district
