The position entails 32.5 hours per week, with daily start and end times varying between 7 AM and 5 PM depending on school assignments. This assignment is set to begin as soon as possible, running for 8 to 12 weeks.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Prior experience supporting children or adolescents in educational or behavioral settings preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
  • Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for fostering student growth in inclusive school settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of supervising professionals
  • Collect data and report on student progress toward individualized behavioral goals
  • Support students with social, emotional, and academic challenges in one-on-one and small-group settings
  • Foster a positive, respectful environment that honors the unique backgrounds and abilities of each student
