Key Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification and compliance with state requirements
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably within a school or educational setting
• Strong understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents
• Ability to accurately collect data, follow intervention plans, and adapt to dynamic situations
• Compassion, patience, and a collaborative attitude

What Youll Do:

• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and school staff to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct, one-on-one or small-group support to students to encourage positive behaviors and social skills
• Monitor and record data on student progress and behavioral responses
• Assist in modifying educational materials to fit the needs of students receiving behavioral support
• Participate in meetings and training sessions as needed, contributing to a holistic approach for each student
• Foster a safe, supportive classroom environment where students are empowered to succeed
