School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RBT to assist students in both one-on-one and small group settings within a school environment. This position involves supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), behavioral challenges, and learning differences to help foster their academic, social, and behavioral growth.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct support to students in 1:1 and small group settings
- Carry out Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and assist in achieving IEP goals
- Support behavior management, transitions, and daily classroom routines
- Track and record data related to student progress
- Work collaboratively with teachers, BCBAs, and other school staff
Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with students with ASD or behavioral support needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $20.00 to $50.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
