Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RBT credential in good standing is required
• Experience delivering ABA services to school-aged children preferred
• Comfortable providing 1:1 support across a range of elementary, middle, and high school grades (1st12th)
• Knowledge of positive behavior interventions and data collection methods
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and families
• Skilled at adapting strategies to meet individual student needs
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Work 1:1 with students, creating supportive and encouraging relationships
• Accurately collect, record, and report behavioral data and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student success
• Assist with classroom management and facilitate social skills development
• Support students in navigating challenges and celebrating progress
• Uphold agency and district standards for professionalism and safety
