Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students across various grade levels in a school setting in Long Beach, CA. This contract position involves working one-on-one with students ranging from 1st through 12th grade, providing individualized behavioral support and intervention to promote academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collecting and recording data on student progress and behavior.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure consistent support.
  • Providing direct, one-on-one assistance to students with diverse behavioral needs.
  • Assisting in creating a positive learning environment tailored to each students needs.

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Experience working with students in multiple grade levels, from 1st to 12th grade.
