A rewarding opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide essential support services in a school setting located in Lincoln, Rhode Island. This contract position offers the chance to work directly with students, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral programs designed by BCBAs to support students individualized needs
• Collect and record data accurately to monitor progress
• Assist in creating positive learning environments that promote students' social and academic growth
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure effective treatment plans
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Qualifications:

• Valid Rhode Island RBT certification is required
• Experience working with children with developmental or behavioral challenges preferred
• Strong communication and observational skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols accurately
