Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to collect and record behavioral data with accuracy
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• High level of empathy and patience when working with diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Support students in one-on-one or small group settings to promote positive behavioral change
• Accurately collect data and maintain daily records of student progress and interventions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistency and alignment with educational goals
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices
