Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Valid license as an RBT in the state of Massachusetts
  • Experience in a school environment or with children/adolescents preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for addressing the needs across multiple school locations
  • Commitment to providing ethical, evidence-based behavioral support

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of BCBA and school staff
  • Collect accurate behavioral data and maintain documentation as required
  • Utilize established protocols to support students academic, social, and emotional growth
  • Adapt behavior strategies as directed to fit the needs of diverse learners
  • Work closely with educators and families to share progress and adjust approaches
  • Travel between assigned schools within the district to deliver services
