Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Valid license as an RBT in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience in a school environment or with children/adolescents preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and work within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for addressing the needs across multiple school locations
- Commitment to providing ethical, evidence-based behavioral support
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of BCBA and school staff
- Collect accurate behavioral data and maintain documentation as required
- Utilize established protocols to support students academic, social, and emotional growth
- Adapt behavior strategies as directed to fit the needs of diverse learners
- Work closely with educators and families to share progress and adjust approaches
- Travel between assigned schools within the district to deliver services
