This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support elementary-aged students within a school setting in Lebanon, NH. Responsibilities include:

• Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collecting and recording accurate data on student progress.

• Collaborating closely with teachers, BCBAs, and other school staff to ensure individualized support.
• Maintaining professional and ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students in educational or clinical settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructional plans and document data meticulously.
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.

Location and Schedule:

• Based in Lebanon, NH, with services provided in nearby school settings.
• Full-time schedule averaging 32.5 hours per week.
• Contracted position working through a staffing agency specializing in behavioral health.
