Job Description

A school-based opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working with elementary-aged students. This full-time position involves supporting behavioral intervention programs within an elementary school environment, providing essential services to help students succeed academically and socially.

Location: Lebanon, NH (School-based setting)
Position Type: Contract (Current School Year)
Schedule: Full-Time, 32.5 hours per week
Hiring: Immediate start

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and record data on student behavior and progress.
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student development.
  • Utilize evidence-based behavioral strategies to promote positive outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with school and regulatory policies regarding student care and safety.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children in educational settings preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, school staff, and families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Immediate availability to begin work in a contracted role.
