Desired Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification and good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions designed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect data and maintain accurate documentation of student progress throughout each session
• Support and guide students in developing positive social, academic, and communication skills
• Assist teachers and staff with classroom management strategies and behavior support techniques
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing supervision
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
