This contract opportunity invites you to inspire growth and foster independence for a caseload of 510 students with lower-incidence disabilities. Youll work closely with students from diverse age groups, designing and delivering individualized programs tailored to IEP goalsespecially focusing on functional academics, communication, and essential life skills to guide their educational journey.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Texas Special Education Teaching license required
- Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Behavior Specialist, or related roles in a school setting is a plus
- Solid understanding of IEP development, functional/life skills instruction, and individualized educational planning
- Ability to deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to students with diverse learning needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a caseload of 510 students with emphasis on individualized programming
- Implement and monitor IEPs focused on functional academics, communication, independence, and transition-related goals
- Adapt lessons and strategies to meet the varied needs of students across age groups
- Collaborate with support staff, families, and related service providers
- Track and report on student progress, modifying interventions as needed
