Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a high school setting in Kingston, PA. This is a full-time opportunity for the current school year.
Position Details
- Location: Kingston, PA
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: End of the school year
- Schedule: Full-time
- Setting: K-12 openings
- Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral and academic support to students throughout the school day
- Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies under the direction of a BCBA or supervising professional
- Collect and document data on student behavior and progress
- Provide individualized and small-group support as needed
- Assist students with developing appropriate social, communication, and adaptive skills
- Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and other school staff
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment
Qualifications
- RBT certification required
- Previous experience working with students in a school or behavioral setting preferred
- Will need to have your supervision before beginning assignment
