Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a school-based team in Kingston, Pennsylvania. This is a great opportunity for an RBT who enjoys working directly with students and collaborating with educators and behavioral professionals to support positive student outcomes.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide direct behavioral support to students in a school setting
- Implement individualized behavior intervention and support plans
- Collect and document behavioral data accurately
- Support students with social, emotional, behavioral, and communication needs
- Use evidence-based ABA strategies under the direction of a supervising BCBA or other qualified professional
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and the behavioral team
- Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications
- Current RBT certification through the BACB
- Previous experience working with children or students preferred
- School-based experience is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow individualized treatment and behavior plans
- Must meet all applicable state and district requirements
