As an RBT in this role, you will collaborate with dedicated educators, families, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement evidence-based interventions for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. Your expertise will make a difference in the classroom and beyond, supporting social, emotional, and academic development.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing
- Experience applying ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles in educational or child-centric settings
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping students thrive
- Adaptability to work with a range of ages and abilities
- Ability to follow and accurately document behavior intervention plans and progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one and in small groups with students to implement individualized behavior strategies
- Collect and maintain precise data on student progress and behavior
- Support teachers and staff with behavior management techniques
- Communicate regularly with families and supervising BCBAs on student successes and areas for growth
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision to ensure fidelity to best practices
