Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing
• Experience applying ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles in educational or child-centric settings
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping students thrive
• Adaptability to work with a range of ages and abilities
• Ability to follow and accurately document behavior intervention plans and progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one and in small groups with students to implement individualized behavior strategies
• Collect and maintain precise data on student progress and behavior
• Support teachers and staff with behavior management techniques
• Communicate regularly with families and supervising BCBAs on student successes and areas for growth
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to ensure fidelity to best practices
