Desired Experience & Skills:
- Active RBT certification required
- Prior experience as a Paraprofessional or in a school-based behavioral support role preferred
- Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection

- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and adaptability in varied educational settings
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of supervising clinicians

- Support students social, emotional, and academic growth within classroom and small group environments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special educators, therapists, and administrators
- Assist in maintaining a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere to help students reach their goals
- Respond effectively to feedback and adjust strategies to meet individual needs
